26 YEARS AND COUNTING

Today is the 26th wedding anniversary  of our oldest son, Kip, and his wife Becky. So much has happened in these 26 years. It is hard to believe how fast it has gone.

Three daughters, several moves, one daughter on her own and working in an orthopedic clinic, one daughter in Montana, and one a junior in high school. They'd be the first to tell you some years were just plain hard. There have been injuries, illness, victories and storms. But they've weathered them all because of their love for the Lord and for one another.

Greater joy have I none than this, to hear of my children walking in the truth. 3 John 1:4

We'll Know No Parting

I received word yesterday of a dear friend's passing from this earth, to her heavenly home. "She went peacefully," the message stated, "and she was ready to go."

"Ready to go." What a legacy to leave for her six children, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

No--"Just a minute; Not quite; I will be shortly"

But NOW! Just as I am.

She touched so many lives. She'll be greatly missed.

But, oh!

That it might be said of me--

       "She was ready to go!"
